Role & responsibilities

As an Apprentice Associate III, you will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and summarizing complex medical records to support healthcare and medico-legal processes. The role demands solid analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret medical information accurately.

Key Responsibilities

Medical Record Review
Review extensive medical records, clinical documentation, diagnostic reports, and treatment histories.
Analyze medical packages and identify relevant clinical information.
Examine patient histories, physician notes, laboratory reports, imaging reports, and hospital records.

Medical Summarization
Prepare concise, accurate, and structured medical summaries following established guidelines.
Extract and organize critical medical facts, diagnoses, procedures, medications, and treatment timelines.
Ensure clinical information is presented clearly and logically.

Documentation & Quality Assurance
Maintain high standards of accuracy while handling sensitive healthcare information.




Verify completeness and consistency of medical data.
Conduct quality checks to ensure summaries meet organizational standards.
Adhere to documentation protocols and standard operating procedures
