Job Description – Sr. Recruitment Specialist

Experience: 4–5 Years

Salary Budget: Up to ₹35,000 per month

Role Summary

We are looking for a energetic and proactive HR qualified with solid experience in Talent Acquisition along with hands-on exposure to HR Operations. The role will primarily focus on end-to-end recruitment while also supporting key HR operational activities to ensure smooth employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (Major Focus – 70%)
Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions across departments.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job expectations.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants, and social media hiring.
Screen profiles, schedule interviews, and coordinate the complete interview process.
Manage offer rollout, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
Ensure closure of positions within defined timelines.





HR Operations (30%)
Manage employee onboarding and documentation.
Support attendance, leave, and employee records management.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR communication.
Assist in policy implementation and HR process compliance.
Handle employee queries related to HR operations.
Support performance management and other HR initiatives as required.

Desired Candidate Profile
4+ years of experience in HR with strong recruitment exposure.
Good understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on experience with job portals and recruitment tools.
Proficient in MS Excel, HRMIS, and reporting.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
MBA HR Preferred
