Seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with hands-on expertise in ITSM and IRM (GRC) modules. The candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and supporting ServiceNow solutions while collaborating with business and technical teams.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
8 years of IT experience with 5+ years in ServiceNow development.
Robust experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Request, Service Catalog).
Hands-on experience with IRM/GRC modules (Risk, Policy & Compliance, Audit, Vendor Risk).
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and ServiceNow best practices.
ServiceNow CSA certification preferred; ITSM/IRM certifications are a plus.
Valuable communication skills and experience working in Agile environments.
