Key Responsibilities
Drive product planning cycles aligned with business and commercial goals.
Own roadmap governance, release management, risk management, and executive reviews.
Establish and monitor OKRs, KPIs, and performance metrics.
Lead AI governance, Responsible AI (RAI), compliance, and operational excellence initiatives.
Enable collaboration across Product, Presales, Business, Delivery, and GTM teams.
Institutionalize best practices, reusable frameworks, and scalable operating models.
Ensure consistency in GTM collateral, client engagements, and market insights.

Desired Profile
12–18 years of experience
Proven experience managing Product Excellence/Product Ops functions within Software, SaaS, Platform, or AI organizations.
Solid expertise in OKRs, Agile/Scrum, governance, portfolio management, and business operations.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change in ambiguous settings.
Understanding of product/IP development and commercial models.
Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (MBB) preferred.
