Handle admission enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
Follow up consistently with prospective students.
Convert qualified leads into admissions while meeting monthly targets.
Maintain complete records in CRM.
Coordinate with operations and university partners during the admission process.
Build robust relationships with students and parents.
Stay updated on available programmes, admission processes, and university policies.
