Job Summary

Frutta is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Specialist / Senior Accounts Specialist to manage key accounting operations, including billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, month-end closures, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in finance operations, a positive understanding of GST and TDS, and the ability to independently manage core accounting activities in a rapid-paced business setting.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end billing, including management fee calculation and invoice creation for corporate clients
Handle accounts receivable, including ageing, reconciliations, collection tracking, and reporting




Support accounts payable processes, vendor payments, and employee expense reimbursements
Perform cash management, journal entries, and basic finance operations
Prepare accruals, analyze expenses, and support month-end closure activities
Perform general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations and maintain the month-end close checklist
Manage GST and TDS calculations, reconciliations, and compliance support across regions
Account for fixed assets, depreciation, and prepaid expenses
Prepare schedules, documentation, and reports for audits and financial reporting
Create and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and accounting records
Proactively identify discrepancies, resolve issues, and escalate critical risks when required

Qualifications
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field
5+ years of experience in accounting and financial operations
