Key Responsibilities
Attend walk-in and telephonic customer enquiries professionally.
Schedule and confirm vehicle service appointments.
Welcome customers and coordinate with the service team.
Keep customers informed about service progress and estimated delivery time.
Conduct post-service feedback and satisfaction calls.
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain customer records and update CRM/software regularly.
Coordinate with Service Advisors and Workshop staff for smooth operations.
Promote service offers, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), and value-added services.
Prepare daily reports and maintain service-related documentation.

Required Skills
Positive verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and CRM software).
Solid coordination and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
