Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise branch managers across the cluster.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and operational standards.
Drive business growth through effective planning and execution of branch targets.
Monitor KPIs and performance scorecards for each branch.
Implement recognition and motivation programs to boost staff morale.
Strengthen customer relationships and ensure service excellence.
Provide training, mentoring, and professional development for branch staff.

Desired Candidate Profile
Education : MBA/ MCom
Experience: Minimum 8–10 years in banking operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing branches.
Expertise: Strong knowledge of compliance, operational systems, and cooperative finance.
Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical abilities.
Mindset: Transparent, engaging, and improvement-oriented leader with a passion for building scalable systems.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
