Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented
Program Executive – Sales
to manage the complete sales cycle for our flagship training programs. The role involves converting inbound leads, generating new business opportunities, conducting student counseling sessions, and achieving monthly enrollment targets.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a target-driven workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Convert inbound leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
Generate organic leads through engineering colleges, universities, student communities, referrals, and social media outreach.
Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions and group information seminars for prospective students.
Explain program offerings, career benefits, fee structures, and enrollment process.
Handle pricing objections and guide students toward successful enrollment.
Collect application fees and complete admission formalities.
Maintain accurate CRM records and daily sales pipeline reports.
Collaborate with the marketing team by sharing campaign feedback and market insights.
