Roles Responsibilities:

Soft Skills Personality Development Training
Conduct engaging sessions on soft skills, personality development, behavioral skills, and professional etiquette.
Deliver English speaking, communication, presentation, and public speaking training.
Prepare students for interviews, group discussions, aptitude discussions, and workplace readiness.
Help students improve confidence, leadership qualities, and professional behavior.





Student Engagement Program Management
Conduct batch orientation sessions for newly enrolled students.
Anchor and manage online and offline seminars, workshops, webinars, and student events.
Build a positive, inspiring, and interactive classroom workplace.
Ensure excellent student engagement throughout the learning journey.

Training Quality Management
Monitor and review training sessions conducted by technical trainers.
Conduct regular quality audits and provide constructive feedback.
Recommend and implement improvements to enhance training effectiveness.
Ensure training delivery aligns with company quality standards.

Student Mentoring Career Support
Act as the primary point of contact for students requiring academic or personal guidance.
Provide career counselling, motivation, and confidence-building support.
Help improve student satisfaction, retention, and learning outcomes.
