We are seeking an experienced
Group Editorial Manager
to lead the editorial operations of our AI-focused publications.

The Group Editorial Manager will be responsible for maintaining editorial excellence, managing the editorial team, overseeing publication schedules, improving content quality, and ensuring every published article meets the highest standards of accuracy, readability, and journalistic integrity.

Key Responsibilities

Editorial Leadership
Lead the editorial strategy across all publications.
Develop and maintain editorial guidelines and style guides.
Ensure consistency in tone, quality, and editorial standards.
Approve editorial calendars and publication priorities.
Review and approve high-impact or sensitive articles before publication.

Team Management
Manage journalists, editors, contributors, and interns.
Assign stories based on expertise and workload.




Conduct regular editorial meetings.
Mentor writers to improve research, reporting, and storytelling.
Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback.

Editorial Planning
Develop weekly and monthly editorial calendars.
Identify trending AI topics and emerging technologies.
Coordinate special editions, investigative features, interviews, and cover stories.
Balance news, analysis, opinion pieces, tutorials, and long-form content.

Review articles for:
Accuracy
Structure
Readability
Flow
Editorial consistency
Balance and fairness
Headlines and subheadings
Captions and image relevance
Source attribution
Publication readiness

Workflow Management
Oversee the end-to-end editorial workflow.
Ensure articles move efficiently through drafting, editing, review, approval, and publication.
