Job Description
Manage the complete merchandising cycle from inquiry to shipment.
Monitor sample approvals, lab dips, fit comments, and pre-production activities.
Develop and maintain the Time and Action (T&A;) calendar to ensure timely execution.
Track production progress and proactively resolve issues affecting quality or delivery.
Review purchase orders, consumption, BOMs, and production requirements.
Prepare merchandising reports, shipment status updates, and management presentations.
Mentor junior merchandisers and support team development
Must be able to communicate with buyers directly
