We are looking for a agile and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding coordination. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to identify quality talent in a fast-paced agency workplace.

Role & responsibilities

Talent Acquisition
Understand manpower requirements and job specifications from hiring managers.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and networking.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct preliminary telephonic or virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Support salary discussions and assist in rolling out offer letters.
Track candidate documentation and joining formalities.





Recruitment Operations
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Ensure accurate documentation of recruitment activities.
Generate recruitment reports and hiring metrics.
Maintain talent pipelines for recurring and critical positions.
Support onboarding by coordinating with the HR Operations team.

Stakeholder Management
Work closely with department heads to understand hiring priorities.
Provide regular hiring updates and recruitment status reports.
Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Employer Branding
Publish job postings across recruitment platforms and social media channels.
Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Participate in campus hiring, recruitment drives, and networking events, as required.
