We are looking for an experienced and energetic Deputy General Manager (DGM) – Production Planning & Control (PPC) to join our growing medical device manufacturing team.
Experience
Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in the medical device manufacturing industry or a similar regulated manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage Production Planning & Control (PPC) activities.
Prepare and monitor production plans to achieve delivery commitments.
Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Stores, and Engineering for smooth operations.
Manage procurement planning, vendor coordination, and material availability.
Oversee supply chain management and inventory optimization.
Handle logistics planning, dispatch coordination, and on-time customer deliveries.
Monitor production schedules,
capacity planning, and resource utilization.
Drive continuous process improvements to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
Solid analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems is preferred.
Knowledge of ISO 13485, GMP, and regulated manufacturing practices will be an added advantage.
