Key Responsibilities
Conduct cold calling and outbound prospecting to identify potential business prospects.
Generate qualified leads through email campaigns, LinkedIn, social media, and other outreach channels.
Research target companies, key decision-makers, and industry trends.
Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through regular follow-ups.
Update and manage lead information in CRM systems accurately.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute lead generation campaigns.
Communicate effectively with international prospects across different geographies and time zones.
Understand client requirements and present the company's IT service offerings professionally.
Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.

Preferred Qualifications
Graduate or pursuing graduation in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field / Any graduation
Internship or prior experience in sales, business development, telecalling, customer support, or call center operations is preferred.
Basic understanding of IT services, software development, AI, cloud technologies, or digital transformation is an added advantage.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools, or CRM platforms will be a plus.
