Area Manager Sales (Business Loans)

About the Role

Godrej Capital is looking for dynamic and result-oriented sales professionals to drive Business Loan sales through channel partners and direct customer engagement. The role involves business development, relationship management, portfolio building, and ensuring achievement of monthly business targets.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute Business Loan (BL) sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Drive sourcing, sanction, and disbursement of Business Loan cases as per assigned goals.
Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners/DSAs in line with business requirements and company guidelines.
Strengthen and expand the distribution network through effective sales and marketing initiatives.
Conduct customer acquisition activities and promote Godrej Capital's Business Loan products.
Build and maintain solid relationships with customers and DSAs to ensure quality sourcing.




Coordinate with internal support functions to ensure optimum turnaround time (TAT) and superior service delivery.
Manage pre-disbursement and post-disbursement activities.
Work on renewal and cross-selling prospects within the existing customer portfolio.
Monitor market trends, competition, and business opportunities in the local market.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification
Any Graduate

Experience
2 to 8 years of experience in Business Loan Sales.

Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in the Business Loan segment.
Robust DSA network and channel partner relationships.
Proven experience in handling ticket sizes ranging from 50 Lakhs to 1 Crore.
