Talent Acquisition
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer rollout.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely candidate communication.
Conduct HR interviews, salary negotiations, reference checks, and offer discussions.
Ensure smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring
process.
Onboarding, Induction & Offboarding
Execute end-to-end onboarding activities for current employees.
Conduct employee induction and orientation sessions.
Create employee records in HRIS and maintain accurate employee data.
Coordinate creation of official email IDs and system access.
Complete joining documentation and maintain personnel files.
Manage employee exit formalities, full & final settlement coordination, exit interviews, and asset recovery.

HR Operations
Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS/HRIS.
Handle attendance, leave management, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and employee documentation.
Issue HR letters including appointment letters, confirmation letters,



experience letters, increment letters, warning letters, and relieving letters.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and processes.
Payroll, Expenses & Compliance
Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, including attendance, leave records, overtime (if applicable), and employee master data.
Verify payroll data for accuracy before processing and ensure timely payroll closure.
Handle employee payroll-related queries and salary clarifications.
Process employee reimbursements, travel claims, and other business expense claims in accordance with company policies.
Maintain records of employee expense claims and ensure timely reimbursement.
Coordinate with the Finance team for submission and processing of employee reimbursement requests.
Track and maintain vendor invoices, HR-related bills, and payments to ensure timely reimbursement and settlement by the company.
