Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with over 15 years of IT industry experience and a strong background in managing large-scale projects and leading enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate should possess excellent stakeholder management, delivery management, and team leadership skills. Experience in the Banking/Financial Services domain will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project delivery for large and complex IT programs.
Manage multiple cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Own project planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and project closure.
Engage with senior client stakeholders and manage strategic customer relationships.
Drive project governance, budgeting, scheduling, resource planning, and quality assurance.
Ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeline,



and budget.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
Coordinate with business, technology, and operations teams to achieve project objectives.
Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
Mentor project teams and promote best practices in project management.
