Your Responsibilities
Plan, launch and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for healthcare clients.
Generate high-quality patient enquiries while maintaining target CPL.
Build lead generation and WhatsApp campaigns.
Create audience targeting, retargeting and lookalike audiences.
Coordinate with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives.
Review landing pages and suggest CRO improvements.
Monitor campaigns daily and optimize based on performance.
Prepare weekly reports with insights and next-step recommendations.
Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads features, AI tools and healthcare advertising policies.
Skills Required
Proven experience with Meta Ads for healthcare brands.
Robust understanding of patient acquisition funnels.
Experience with Meta Pixel, Conversion API and event tracking.
Knowledge of WhatsApp lead campaigns and Instant Forms.
Ability to analyse campaign performance and scale winning campaigns.
Strong communication and reporting skills.
Daily use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini for campaign planning and optimization.
