Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment and machinery.
Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out timely repairs.
Install, align, and commission recent mechanical equipment.
Inspect pumps, motors, compressors, conveyors, gearboxes, valves, bearings, and rotating equipment.
Replace worn or damaged mechanical components.
Maintain maintenance records and service reports.
Read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical manuals.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and maintenance procedures.
Coordinate with production and engineering teams to minimize equipment downtime.
Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping in the work area.

Required Qualifications
Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering, Fitter, or related trade.
25 years of experience in industrial maintenance (preferred).
Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
Ability to use mechanical tools and measuring instruments.
Basic understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics.




Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Electrical

Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
Diagnose and repair electrical faults in motors, control panels, drives, and industrial machines.
Install, wire, and commission electrical equipment.
Inspect electrical panels, wiring, breakers, relays, contactors, and switchgear.
Perform testing using multimeters, clamp meters, insulation testers, and other electrical instruments.
Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment (basic knowledge preferred).
Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations and lockout/tagout procedures.
Maintain maintenance logs and equipment documentation.
