HR Recruiter (Talent Acquisition)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with 3–5 years of hands-on recruitment experience. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in end-to-end hiring across multiple functions, excellent sourcing skills, and the ability to close positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Create and publish job postings on Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, and other hiring platforms.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and database searches.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.




Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Meet with management as required to discuss hiring requirements, candidate feedback, and recruitment progress.

Requirements
3–5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Strong experience hiring for Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR, and Corporate roles.
Hands-on experience with Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.
Excellent sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment reporting.

Preferred Skills
Solid negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven hiring environment.
Positive understanding of recruitment metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, and offer-to-join ratio.
Experience in startup or fast-paced hiring environments is
