We are seeking a skilled AutoCAD Design Draftsman with hands-on experience in interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in drafting, detailing, and creating accurate drawings for interior design and fit-out projects. The role involves translating design concepts into detailed construction drawings, working closely with architects, and interior designers to ensure exact execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce detailed, accurate drawings for interior fit-out projects (layouts, elevations, sections, and details [Electrical, Plumbing, False Ceiling, Wall elevation and AC Points]).
Work closely with design teams to ensure drawings align with design intent and project specifications.
Review and update drawings based on client feedback and design changes.
Coordinate with contractors to ensure correct interpretation of drawings.
Collaborate with project teams to solve design and technical challenges during project execution.
Assist in material and finishes selection based on design requirements.
Requirements:
6 Months - 2 years' experience in drafting and detailing for interior fit-out projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software.
Solid understanding of interior design principles, and construction processes.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Valuable communication and team collaboration skills.
