Job Description – Admin Executive

Job Summary

The Admin Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations, office facilities, vendor coordination, asset management, travel arrangements, documentation, and ensuring smooth functioning of the Head Office and project sites.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily office administration and facility operations.
Coordinate housekeeping, security, pantry, and maintenance services.
Maintain office assets, inventory, and stationery records.
Coordinate travel, accommodation, and vehicle arrangements for employees.
Handle vendor management, quotations, purchase requests, and invoice processing.
Maintain office records, agreements, AMC documents, and administrative files.
Coordinate courier, dispatch, and document management.
Support HR in onboarding, employee ID cards, seating arrangements, and office logistics.
Ensure timely renewal of office licenses, AMC contracts,



and utility services.
Coordinate with project sites for administrative requirements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
Prepare monthly administrative MIS reports and expense records.

Qualification
Graduate in Any Discipline (B.Com/BBA preferred)

Experience
3–5 years of experience in Administration, preferably in the construction, infrastructure, or real estate industry.

Required Skills
Solid administrative and organizational skills.
Vendor and facility management.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Documentation and record management.
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
