Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented Manager – Finance who can seamlessly manage multiple responsibilities, coordinate across stakeholders, and ensure solid financial governance. The ideal candidate should be a proactive multitasker with solid analytical skills and the ability to manage end-to-end finance operations independently.

Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary finance point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial processes and requirements.
Manage vendor, auditor, and consultant interactions with professionalism and timely responses.
Revenue Coordination
Oversee revenue recognition, billing processes, and reconciliation.
Ensure timely invoicing, follow-up on collections, and address revenue leakages.
Coordinate with team to validate revenue inputs and ensure accuracy in reporting.
Review of Books & Financial Reporting
Review monthly books of accounts and ensure timely month-end close.




Analyse financial statements and highlight variances, risks, and business insights.
Ensure accuracy in accounting entries in line with applicable standards.
Policy Development & Process Improvement
Draft, review, and implement finance-related policies, SOPs, and internal controls.
Drive process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Audit (Internal & Statutory)
Lead internal, statutory, and compliance audits end to end.
Provide necessary documentation, resolve queries, and ensure timely closure of audit issues.
Ensure audit-readiness throughout the year
Compliance & Governance
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other regulatory mandates.
Timely filing of returns, payments, and coordination with consultants.
Maintain solid governance and adherence to corporate policies.
