Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to manage inbound and outbound client interactions, generate leads, and coordinate with internal teams to support business growth.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence in speaking with potential customers, and the ability to explain digital marketing services clearly.

Note: This role does not involve sales targets. The primary responsibility is client handling and coordination.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce company services (Website, SEO, Social Media, Digital Marketing).




Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/software.
Coordinate with the internal technical and marketing teams for smooth customer onboarding.
Build and maintain solid client relationships.

Requirements
Excellent verbal communication .
Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Experience: 0–1 years (Freshers are mandatory and preferred).
