About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
HR Business Partner (HRBP)
to support our growing operations across the
Asia-Pacific (APAC) region
. This role is critical in aligning people strategies with business goals, driving organizational effectiveness, and fostering a high-performance culture across multiple countries. The HRBP will partner with business and functional leaders to build workforce capabilities, enhance leadership effectiveness, and ensure compliance with regional labor laws while supporting a unified global HR framework.

This is a strategic and hands-on role requiring collaboration with diverse teams across India, Southeast Asia, and the broader APAC region. The ideal candidate will have robust regional exposure, cultural agility, and a passion for enabling people success in a fast-paced, mission-driven setting.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with APAC leadership teams to translate business objectives into HR strategies and actionable plans.
Drive organization design, workforce planning,



and change management initiatives to support growth and scalability.
Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees on performance management, leadership development, and employee relations.
Support global talent programs and localize them for regional effectiveness, ensuring alignment with both global and local business needs.
Lead engagement initiatives, and retention strategies in collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs).
Ensure compliance with country-specific employment laws and statutory requirements.
Collaborate with Compensation & Perks teams on salary structures, incentive programs, and annual compensation reviews.
Utilize HR data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations on workforce trends, engagement, and productivity.
Support global mobility, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives for APAC employees.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources
