Roles & Responsibility (Junior Group Leader):
Lead the team along with GL or in absence of GL
Design the experiment for development
Resource planning skills and shift and manpower planning and coordination
Special bioanalytical techniques- Peptide, Liposomal method handling
Endogenously present molecule handling and Approach
Rare matrix (Aqueous Humour, Skin, tissue etc)handling conceptual clarity
failure handling and resolution skills
coordinate with SGL for targets alignment and execution
target achievement as team
LC and LC/MS- calibration
Perform analysis via LCMS. Follow GxP
Train analyst for various calibration activity and verify the calibration record documented by analyst.

Roles & Responsibility (Senior Analyst):
Collect samples for analysis from Custodian.
Processing of samples by using various sample extraction technique (to determine the concentration of analyte).
Batch sequence preparation and verification in coordination with LIMS Operator.
Perform analysis via LCMS/ ICP-OES/ ICP-MS. Follow GxP.
Mass Spectrometry operation and ESI,



APCI conceptual clarity.
Chiral chromatography, polar columns conceptual clarity.
Sample extraction process using LLE, SPE, and PPT.
To calibrate lab equipments like micro-pipettes, analytical balance, pH meter, evaporators, roto spin extractor, centrifuge, Solid Phase Extraction (SPE) assembly and their performance check as and when required, to coordinate with engineer for any breakdown pertaining to lab equipment

Desired Candidate Profile
M.Sc. or M.Pharm Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related life sciences discipline.
3 - 8 years of hands-on experience in bioanalytical research, preferably in a GLP/GCLP-regulated laboratory.
Robust expertise in LC-MS/MS, HPLC, sample preparation techniques (protein precipitation, liquid-liquid extraction, solid-phase extraction), and bioanalytical method development and validation.
