Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to handle inquiries for our Tourism and Educational Institute divisions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to provide accurate information while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and other communication channels.
Provide information about tourism packages, travel services, courses, admissions, and institute programs.
Assist prospective customers with bookings, registrations, and application processes.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions or bookings.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and inquiries in CRM systems.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service and timely responses.
Achieve response time and customer satisfaction targets.
Prepare daily and weekly inquiry and conversion reports.

Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in customer support, telecalling, counseling, sales support, or a similar role.
Solid interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries efficiently.
Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office, email, and CRM software.
Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in tourism, travel, education, or admissions counseling will be an added advantage.
