Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Director to lead and oversee all food and beverage operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of all Food & Beverage outlets.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experience and maximize revenue.
Lead, train, mentor, and motivate the F&B; team to achieve high service standards.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and health regulations.
Prepare and manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and cost control measures.
Monitor inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships.
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop creative menus and seasonal offerings.
Analyze sales reports, guest feedback, and operational KPIs to improve performance.




Ensure exceptional service standards and resolve guest concerns professionally.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and successful events.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
Experience in luxury hotels, resorts, private residences, or high-end hospitality is highly preferred.
Solid leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service standards, budgeting, and cost control.
Ability to manage large teams and work in a fast-paced setting.
Proficiency in MS Office and hospitality management systems.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
