Job Description

The National Institute of Education and Development (NIED), a leading NGO working in the areas of skill development, education, and livelihood programs, is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team.

This internship is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or students who want to gain practical HR experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and HRMS.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.
Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
Work on HRMS/HR software for attendance, documentation, and employee information.
Prepare HR reports and recruitment trackers using MS Excel.
Support onboarding and employee documentation.




Assist with HR operations and administrative tasks.
Coordinate with different departments for manpower requirements.

Required Skills
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Hands-on knowledge of HRMS/HR software.
Good technical and computer skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Workspace.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Eligibility
MBA (HR), BBA, B.Com, BA, or any graduate pursuing or completed.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Prior internship or HR experience will be an added advantage.
