International Logistics Reports – Monthly, MCS - Material Cost Savings, Maintaining Updated Supplier Prices in SAP, Export shipment Coordination
Export Docs. Processing - Closure of Docs. with Bank, BOE Post Amendment Documentations and Tracking, Landed Cost Calculation (Share the data to finance & purchase for standard cost)
Responsible for forecast of direct & indirect material,



Follow up for timely delivery in plant of consumables critical items & other MRO items,
Float price enquiry to supplier for direct material, Road Transport & air freight enquiry, Freight bill & custom clearing bill, Vendor master change log review verification
PO conditioning for import material, Overseas supply planning & scheduling of Direct Material & Traded parts as per customer requirement
Maintain records of all documentation related to import, export , purchase & others related documents, Provide data(Raw material in warding & cost) for PPV calculation.
