Role & responsibilities
Supervise contractors and subcontractors for smooth site execution.
Monitor project progress as per approved drawings and layouts.
Prepare Purchase Orders (PO), Work Orders (WO), and final site measurements.
Develop project schedules and ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, landlords, and building management.
Maintain project documentation, approvals, and drawings.
Submit daily and weekly project progress reports.
Control project costs through vendor negotiations and cost optimization.
Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards at project sites.
Handle multiple projects independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience in Interior Fit-Out/Commercial Construction Projects.
Knowledge of Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Roofing, and Foundation works.
AutoCAD proficiency (reading and interpreting drawings).
Strong contractor and vendor management skills.
Valuable communication, planning, and coordination abilities.
Problem-solving and project management skills.
Eligibility
Minimum 2 years of experience in Interior Fit-Out/Construction.
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
Willingness to travel to project sites and work versatile schedule when required.
