Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (B2C) to promote the institute's training programs and courses. The candidate will be responsible for student counseling, lead generation, admissions, follow-ups, and achieving enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding available courses, certifications, and career opportunities.
Handle inquiries received through phone calls, walk-ins, website, social media, and referrals.
Explain course details, fee structure, training schedules, and placement assistance.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students to convert leads into admissions.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Maintain and update student records in CRM or admission software.
Organize seminars, workshops, career guidance sessions, and promotional activities.
Coordinate with faculty and placement teams regarding student requirements.
Build relationships with colleges, educational institutions, and local communities for student outreach.




Ensure excellent customer service and student satisfaction throughout the admission process.

Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in English and local language.
Solid counseling and convincing abilities.
Positive presentation and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Email, and CRM tools.
Ability to achieve targets and work under pressure.
Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.

Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
MBA/PGDM in Marketing will be an added advantage.
Freshers with valuable communication skills may also apply.

Experience
0–3 years of experience in Educational Counseling, Admissions, Training Institute Sales, or B2C Sales.
Experience in EdTech or Skill Development Training Institutes is preferred.
