The ideal candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, excellent teaching skills, and a passion for mentoring undergraduate students while contributing to academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging lectures in Physics for undergraduate (Degree) students.
Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and question papers.
Conduct laboratory sessions and ensure proper maintenance of laboratory equipment.
Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and examinations.
Mentor and guide students in academic and research activities.
Participate in curriculum development and departmental meetings.
Support NAAC/NBA accreditation activities and maintain academic documentation.
Organize seminars, workshops, guest lectures, and other academic events.
Participate in college committees and institutional development initiatives.
Stay updated with advancements in Physics and up-to-date teaching methodologies.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: M.Sc. in Physics (NET/KSET/Ph.D. preferred as per UGC norms).
Freshers with excellent academic records may apply.
Prior teaching experience in Degree Colleges is preferred.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of undergraduate Physics subjects.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to handle Physics laboratory sessions.
Valuable classroom management and student mentoring skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and online teaching platforms.
Solid organizational and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹10,001.17 - ₹48,209.63 per month
