Job Summary

GTPL is looking for a proactive Lead Generation Executive / Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify and qualify potential business opportunities for Enterprise Solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with lead generation tools, CRM platforms, and outbound prospecting to support the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and online research.
Identify decision-makers and key stakeholders within target organizations.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline for the Business Development team.
Prospect enterprise clients for ERP, Custom Software, HRMS, and IT Services.
Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
Maintain accurate lead and customer data in CRM systems.




Perform market research and competitor analysis.
Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams for campaign execution.
Track lead conversion metrics and prepare MIS reports.
Achieve lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
