We are looking for a passionate AI Native Developer who can help us build intelligent, AI-first solutions across our business functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of AI, automation, and real-world problem solving, and wants to create impactful products from scratch.

Key Responsibilities
Understand business requirements and identify areas where AI can drive efficiency and ROI
Design and implement AI-driven solutions (GenAI, ML models, automation tools)
Evaluate and decide between in-house development vs external AI tools/agencies
Develop and deploy applications using Python and Machine Learning frameworks
Work on end-to-end AI implementation from ideation to deployment
Integrate LLMs (Large Language Models) into business workflows




Continuously research and experiment with latest AI tools and technologies

Required Skills
Solid proficiency in Python
Hands-on experience in Machine Learning & Generative AI (GenAI)
Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning models
Knowledge of AI deployment (APIs, cloud, production settings)
Familiarity with AI tools like OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face, etc.
Ability to analyze problems and build practical AI solutions
