About the Role

Etherealflights Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Head to lead the sales function for our drone business. The ideal candidate should have a robust background in drone, agriculture, agri-tech, UAV, or industrial equipment sales and a proven track record of driving revenue growth, building high-performing teams, and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth.
Lead and manage the national sales team to meet sales targets.
Identify and develop current business opportunities across agriculture, industrial, government, and enterprise sectors.
Build relationships with key clients, channel partners, FPOs, agri-input companies, OEMs, and government agencies.
Drive tender business, institutional sales, and strategic partnerships.
Monitor sales performance, forecasts,



and market trends.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and technical teams for successful project execution.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Agriculture, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
8–15 years of experience in Sales/Business Development, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
Preferred experience in Drone/UAV, Precision Agriculture, Agri-Tech, Agricultural Machinery, Industrial Equipment, Automation, or Technology Solutions.
Solid leadership, negotiation, and business development skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across India.

Pay: ₹85,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
