Roles and Responsibility
Manage the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and making job offers.
Develop and implement effective employee retention strategies to reduce turnover rates.
Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts fairly and promptly.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Solid analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with HR software and systems is desirable.
