Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Senior Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students through the admission process, understand their career goals, and recommend suitable training programs. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to achieve admission targets.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students via calls, emails, video meetings, and walk-ins.
Understand candidates' career objectives and recommend suitable courses.
Handle admission inquiries and convert leads into enrollments.
Conduct follow-ups and maintain robust relationships with prospective students.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Maintain accurate records of leads, admissions, and student interactions.




Meet monthly admission and revenue targets while ensuring an excellent student experience.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory); Hindi proficiency is also required.
Strong counseling, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
Working knowledge of Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.
Ability to multitask, work in a target-driven environment, and maintain a skilled attitude.

Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, BBA, or any relevant discipline.
6 months to 2 years of experience in academic counseling, admissions, sales, or customer relationship management, preferably in the EdTech or education sector.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
