Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
Monitor project execution to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and client representatives.
Inspect RCC, finishing, structural, masonry, waterproofing, and infrastructure works.
Verify contractor bills, measurements, BOQs, and work progress.
Review and monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion.
Ensure quality control through regular inspections and adherence to IS codes and project specifications.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for the PMC and client.
Coordinate material inspections, testing, and approvals.
Monitor compliance with EHS (Workplace, Health & Safety) requirements at the construction site.
Attend project review meetings with Tata Consulting Engineers and IIT Bombay representatives.
Resolve technical and site execution issues while maintaining project timelines.
Required Skills
Solid knowledge of RCC, structural works, finishing works, and infrastructure construction.
Experience in residential, commercial, institutional, and high-rise building projects.
Knowledge of BOQ, billing, estimation, AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project documentation.
Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced PMC environment with multiple stakeholders.
Qualification
BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
Experience
5–8 Years in Construction, High-Rise, Infrastructure, Residential, or Commercial Projects.
Pay: ₹30,745.05 - ₹65,080.56 per month
