Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Soft Skills & Spoken English Trainer who will be responsible for training delivery, course development, student management, and brand representation.

This is a multi-dimensional role, where you will not only teach but also act as a face of the brand through ads and social media content, helping drive student engagement and enrollments.

Key Responsibilities1. Training & Delivery
Conduct Spoken English and Soft Skills sessions (online + offline)
Manage and handle batches of 40–50 students
Ensure improvement in:
Communication skills
Confidence
Public speaking
Interview skills
Course Development
Design and structure course curriculum
Create:
Lesson plans
Practice exercises
Activities
Continuously improve content based on student performance and feedback
Student Engagement & Conversion
Conduct one-on-one demo sessions




Explain course structure and help in student conversion
Track and guide student progress
Team Building & Management
Assist in hiring and onboarding English trainers
Train and guide junior faculty
Maintain teaching quality and consistency
Content Creation & Brand Representation
Appear in ads, reels, and social media content as a trainer/influencer
Record educational, promotional, and engagement videos
Represent the brand in a confident, explicit, and relatable manner
Collaborate with the marketing team for content execution
Operations & Coordination
Manage class schedules (online + offline)
Coordinate with team for smooth execution
Maintain records of attendance and student performance

Requirements
Strong command over spoken and written English
Experience in Soft Skills / Spoken English training
Ability to handle large groups (40–50 students)
Comfortable and confid
