We are looking for enthusiastic and confident freshers to join our team as Voice Process Executives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls professionally.
Answer customer questions and provide the required information.
Maintain positive communication with customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Update customer details and call records in the system.
Follow company guidelines while handling calls.
Requirements:
Any degree can apply.
Positive communication skills in English and Tamil.
Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
Willingness to learn and work in a team setting.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
