Job Description:

We are hiring Valuation Analysts for an office-based role. This is completely a back-office/office job and does not involve any field work or site visits.

The candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing property valuation reports, verifying property documents, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely report delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare valuation reports for properties inspected by Site Engineers.
Review and verify property documents, plans, legal papers, and related records.
Finalize valuation reports as per banking and industry standards.




Coordinate with internal teams and clients for smooth workflow.
Ensure timely delivery of reports within the defined TAT.

Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of Civil Engineering concepts.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under timelines and handle multiple cases.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
Candidates with a background in Property Valuation, Construction, or Civil Engineering are preferred.
