Key Responsibilities Placement Coordination
Coordinate placement drives, campus interviews, and recruitment activities.
Schedule interviews and communicate with students regarding placement opportunities.
Ensure smooth execution of the end-to-end placement process.
Coordinate with internal teams for placement-related activities.

Corporate Relations
Identify and connect with potential employers for student placements.




Build and maintain strong relationships with HR professionals and hiring managers.
Follow up with companies regarding job openings, interview feedback, and hiring requirements.
Generate new corporate leads to enhance placement prospects.

Student Support
Guide students through the placement process and interview preparation.
Conduct pre-placement briefings and assist students with interview scheduling.
Track student applications, interview status, and final placements.
Collect feedback from students and employers after recruitment drives.

Data Management & Reporting
Maintain accurate placement records and databases.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly placement reports.
Update placement trackers and MIS reports regularly.
Ensure proper documentation of placement activities and student records.
