We are looking for a responsible and organized Store In-Charge to manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, material receipt and issue, stock verification, and record maintenance. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling stores in a manufacturing setting and possess valuable organizational and inventory control skills.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
1–2 years of experience as a Store In-Charge or Store Executive
Experience in a manufacturing industry is preferred
Basic knowledge of inventory management and store procedures
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
Knowledge of ERP/Inventory Management Software is an added advantage
Key ResponsibilitiesStore Operations
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials.
Issue materials to production departments as per approved requisitions.
Ensure proper storage and identification of all materials.
Maintain accurate stock records and inventory documentation.
Inventory Management
Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the Purchase Department.
Conduct daily, monthly, and annual physical stock verification.
Ensure proper stock rotation and material handling.
Minimize inventory discrepancies and material losses.
Documentation
Maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), material issue records, and stock registers.
Update inventory transactions in ERP/software or Excel.
Prepare daily and monthly inventory reports.
Maintain proper filing of store-related documents.
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
