Project Manager

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have solid project management, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and cross-functional leadership skills, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects within scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Execution
Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through implementation and closure.
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and status reports.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery against agreed commitments.
Manage project dependencies, issues, risks, and action items to minimize delivery impacts.
Drive continuous improvement and adoption of project management best practices.

Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain solid relationships with business leaders, sponsors, customers, and technology teams.
Act as the primary point of contact for project communications, governance, and escalations.




Facilitate executive reviews, steering committee meetings, and stakeholder discussions.
Manage stakeholder expectations through proactive communication and transparency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with business priorities.

Global Project Delivery
Lead project teams distributed across multiple regions and time zones.
Coordinate activities across business, technology, operations, and vendor teams.
Ensure effective collaboration, communication, and alignment among global stakeholders.
Drive execution in a complex, matrixed setting while balancing competing priorities.
Manage external vendors and partners to ensure successful delivery of project outcomes.

Governance, Risk & Financial Management
Establish project governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
Manage project budgets, forecast
