Role & responsibilities :
Handling inbound and outbound calls related to sales.
Assisting customers with bookings,
Maintaining accurate customer records and updating details in the system.
Meeting daily/weekly targets for calls and conversions.
Desired profile:-
Good communication skills (English, Tamil, and Hindi languages )
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a quick-paced setting
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office
Candidate from Textile industry is an added advantage
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
