Key Responsibilities
Set up VMC machines according to production drawings and process requirements.
Load, align, and secure workpieces, fixtures, and cutting tools.
Perform tool setting, tool offset, and work offset adjustments.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, and process sheets.
Conduct first-piece inspection and ensure components meet quality standards.
Monitor machining operations and make necessary parameter corrections.
Change tools and inserts as required during production.
Troubleshoot machine setup and machining issues to minimize downtime.
Maintain production records and machine setup documentation.
Follow 5S, safety, and company quality procedures.

Preferred Skills
Experience in precision machining.
Knowledge of CNC programming basics.
Positive communication and teamwork skills.
Focus on quality and productivity.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
