NexG Future India Pvt Ltd is looking for skilled and experienced Mobile Service Technicians to join our service team at Xclusive service centre,Pattom,Thiruvananthapuram . The ideal candidate should have expertise in diagnosing,Troubleshooting and reparing both Andriod and Apple smartphones while ensuring high quality service and customer satisfation.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues in Android and Apple smartphones.
Perform component- level troubleshooting and repair.
Install, update and configure mobile software and operating systems.
Replace damaged parts such as displays,batteries,charging ports,cameras,and the other components.
conduct quality checks before handing over repaired devices.
Maitain accurate service records and job cards.
Ensure timely completion of repair jobs while maintaining service quality.
Eligibility
Qualification : Advance level certifications or equivalent expertise in Mobile service & Repair.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in mobile phone servicing.
