Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced
Senior Ad Operations Specialist
with
2+ years of hands-on experience
in digital ad operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end campaign execution, optimization, troubleshooting, and performance reporting while ensuring seamless delivery for global clients.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end campaign setup, trafficking, monitoring, and optimization
Implement and QA ad tags, creatives, tracking pixels, and third-party tags
Monitor campaign performance to ensure delivery, pacing, and KPI alignment
Troubleshoot delivery issues and coordinate with internal teams or clients for quick resolution
Work closely with media buyers, account managers,



and clients to ensure smooth execution
Generate daily/weekly/monthly performance reports with insights
Ensure compliance with platform policies and industry best practices
Maintain documentation of campaign details and processes
Mentor junior team members when required

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Advertising, or related field
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Ad Operations / Digital Media
Robust experience in ad trafficking and campaign management
Hands-on experience with ad servers (Google Ad Manager or similar platforms preferred)
Knowledge of third-party tracking tools and tags
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas, reporting)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven workplace
Positive communication skills for cross-team coordination
